What the North Shore covers
The North Shore runs from the leafy, heritage streets of Ku-ring-gai and Hornsby in the north, down through the Chatswood and Willoughby corridor, to the harbourside suburbs of Mosman and North Sydney in the south. We split it into three bands because they fail in genuinely different ways.
A Federation home in Wahroonga, a strata apartment in Chatswood and a harbourside terrace in Mosman don't have the same electrical problems — and one of Australia's highest concentrations of home EV chargers means all three bands see far more charger and switchboard-capacity work than most of Sydney.
The three bands of the North Shore, and what we see in each
Upper North Shore
Wahroonga, Turramurra, Pymble, Gordon, Killara, Lindfield, Roseville, St Ives, Hornsby. Heritage Federation homes, big blocks, bushfire-adjacent land, three-phase upgrades and undergrounding.
Mid North Shore
Chatswood, Willoughby, Artarmon, Lane Cove, Castlecrag, Northbridge. A hybrid of period houses and dense strata apartments, with the highest EV ownership on our patch.
Lower North Shore
Mosman, Neutral Bay, Cremorne, Kirribilli, Crows Nest, Cammeray, Waverton. Apartment and strata-dominated, with harbourside heritage homes and salt-air corrosion.

Questions about our service area
Do you charge extra to travel across the North Shore?
No travel surcharge anywhere on the Upper, Mid or Lower North Shore. If you're well outside it we'll tell you upfront before booking, not on the invoice.
How quickly can you get out?
It depends on the week and whether it's urgent. Call and we'll give you a straight answer rather than promise a slot we can't make.
Do you work on heritage and Federation homes?
Yes, and it's a genuine specialty — heritage-sensitive rewiring, concealed switchboards and working within conservation-area constraints are routine for us.
Do you do strata and apartment work?
Yes. A large share of the Mid and Lower North Shore is strata, and we deal with owners corporations and strata managers directly — including EV charger approvals.
